Pure 100% Indian cotton, bleached twill weave prefold diapers (whitened with peroxide NOT chlorine!). These diapers are incredibly soft and absorbent and become softer with every wash. The diapers are made of a twill weave which is a little heavier and more absorbent and durable than gauze used in "Chinese" prefolds. The material is washed prior to weaving to minimize shrinking.
The finished diapers quilt up nicely, are very soft and durable, lint free and extremely absorbent. Wash these diapers a few times in hot water and they will fluff up beautifully!
What does the different colored stitching mean?
Our bleached Indian cotton prefolds come with color coded stitching. This is a fairly universal coding system to be able to tell at a glance the size of prefold.
Infant 4x8x4 prefolds have dark green stitching
Regular 4x6x4 have white stitching
Premium 4x8x4 have blue stitching

Paired with the Prorap Classic newborn cover (with umbilical scoop), the Preemie sized Indian prefold is perfect for your baby to wear during those first couple of weeks after birth. The Preemie size is also great for smaller babies and newborns up to 10 lbs. They can also be used as burp cloths and doublers.
Infant Prefolds are great for your newborn through 6 months old.
Regular Prefolds are great from about 6 months on up.
Premium Prefolds are great from about 6 months on up, for toddlers, overnight, and heavy wetters.
